ONLINE- Dual Enrollment for High School Students

Get a Jump Start on College with Dual Enrollment at Penn State Worthington Scranton.  Penn State offers an exciting opportunity for high school students to take college courses at a 50% tuition reduction.  Qualified junior and senior students can prepare for the future and earn college credits.  Credits earned can be applied to a degree at Penn State or transfered to another institution. 


  • Intro to Psychology (3 credits) PSYCH 100 and
  • Intro to Human Development and Family Studies ( 3 credits) HD FS 100

These courses begin on Monday, January 12, 2015 and end the week of May 4, 2015. 






SAT Exam Test Prep-Spring Dates 2015-Jan. 14-Feb. 25, 5:30-8:30, Fee-$299

Increase your skills in mathematics, critical reading and writing.

Penn State Worthington Scranton's SAT Review Course offers high school students the opportunity to prepare for these exams in a number of ways.  By utilizing SAT produced materials and practicing with retired test questions, students become familiar with the time issues and flow of the test; also, they review subject matter with instructors and develop strategies to successfully take the test.  This review helps students find a level of confidence and attitude that will take them to their highest potential on the exam. Nittany Cub Camps

The goal of Penn State Worthington Scranton Nittany Cub Camps is to provide an educational and fun experience to area youth. We encourage our campers to explore their interests in a safe, collegiate classroom environment. Campers are challenged with projects, crafts and activities that lead them to explore exciting new fields. Camp programs and curriculum are continuously being developed to offer new challenges and opportunities in the areas of: science, technology, engineering, problem solving skills and athletics.

Summer Reading Program
