Penn State Worthington Scranton's program in Human Development and Family Studies is designed to help students become versatile human services professionals who can adapt to their community's ever-changing needs. Students can develop effective writing and speaking skills, learn current computer applications, and participate in active learning, team building, and group experiences. Flexible class schedules and small student-to-instructor ratios make this an excellent program for returning adults and those who choose to combine work and study. Recent high school graduates may enroll full-time, selecting from a wide range of classes offered during the day and evening
