All students are assigned an academic advisor. Advisor information for new students will be mailed after the student attends FTCAP (First-Year Testing, Counseling and Advising Program). Advisors assist students with schedule planning, academic progress, information and referrals. Self-advising is not recommended. Ultimately students are responsible for their academic actions and decisions.
Utilizing an academic advisor is encouraged throughout the semester and the student's academic career. Advisor information can be found on elion. If your advisor is not listed please contact the registrar's office, in the Dawson Building Room 6, 570-963-2505
